摘要
抽象出运输车辆调度问题的一类特征和需求,以传统遗传算法为基础并加以改进,提出了一种适用于商用车辆的调度策略。该策略与GIS、GPS和GSM技术相结合,成功解决了某市公交燃料配送车辆的优化调度问题,提高了燃料配送效率。文中还对适应值函数、编码方式等关键点进行了详细阐述。
The paper abstracts general features and requirements of vehicle scheduling and provides a solution for the scheduling strategy research on the basis of genetic algorithms.The strategy with techniques of GIS,GPS and GSM is successfully applied to one public transportation vehicle-scheduling project and improves the efficiency of schedule.The paper also expatiates on some key techniques of the application of this strategy,such as fitness function,encode selection.
