Production management of chemical enterprises consists of management of human resource, equipment, material, production process and environment. The production managers of enterprise must have the abili ty of reasonably utilizing resource of human, fund and material, the ability of controlling both production depart ment and workshop management and more importantly, innovation ability. Only in this way, enterprise can have tremendous cohesive and calling ability, higher production management level, better economic benefits, and fi nally greater development potential.
