分析化工项目的特点、全过程安全管理的重要性和必要性,介绍项目前期、设计、采购、施工、试车、开车阶段的安全管理,突出上下游之间安全管理的相互影响,明确各阶段安全管理的要点,探索化工项目全过程安全管理。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of chemical projects, the importance and necessity of safety management in the whole process, introduces the safety management in the early stage, design, purchase, construction, commissioning, and start-up, emphasizes the interaction of the safety management between upstream and downstream, makes clear the key points of safety management in each stage,and explores the safety management of the whole process of chemical projects.
