摘要
辅导员在大学生思想道德素质提高方面有着重要的作用,我院的辅导员在管理制度、管理方式、角色定位、岗位培训等方面都存在着不同程度的差距,应该从加强政治理论学习、加强制度管理、加强对外交流等几个方面做好辅导员的工作,不断提高他们的政治素质和管理水平。
The political assistant plays an important role in improving the college students'morality. Our institute's assistants have a long way to go in administration system、administration ways、role orientation、on-the-job training, therefore they should qualify themselves for the work and build up their political quality and administrative level from such aspects as political study、system administration、external communication.
