摘要
目的 :研究喉癌组织及癌旁组织CD95、CD95L的表达 ,了解喉癌细胞的生物学特性 ,指导临床治疗。方法 :取 2 3例喉癌手术患者的喉癌组织及癌旁组织 ,用免疫组化法确定CD95、CD95L的分布及强度。结果 :喉癌组织及癌旁组织的Fas ,FasL均有不同程度的表达。Fas的表达在喉癌组织为 5 2 .17% ,癌旁组织为 73.91% (P <0 .0 5 )。喉癌组织与癌旁组织比较明显地呈低表达。FasL表达在喉癌组织为 82 .6 1% ,癌旁组织为 5 6 .5 2 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,喉癌组织与癌旁组织比较明显地呈高表达。结论 :Fas ,FasL在喉癌的细胞凋亡调节过程中具有重要作用。肿瘤细胞FasL高表达有利于肿瘤细胞逃逸机体的免疫监视。癌旁
Objective: To determine the expression of CD95 and CD95L in laryngiocarcinomas and side tissue of cancer,so as to direct surgic al treatment. Method: CD95 and CD95L were investigated by immunohistochemistry in surgical samples collected from 23 patients of laryngiocarcinomas.Results: There were the expression of CD95 and CD95L in both laryngic carcinoma cell and side tissue of cancer. The expression rate of CD95 was 52.17% in carcinoma cells, 73.91% in side tissue of cancer. The expression rate of CD95L was 82.16% in carcinoma cells, 56.52% in side tissue of cancer. The expression of CD95 in carcinoma cells was significantly lower than that in side tissue of cancer(P<0.05). The expression rate of CD95L was significantly higher in carcinoma cells than that in side tissue of cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that CD95,CD95L system active in laryngiocarcinoms apoptosis. Laryngiocarcinoma cells with higher expression of CD95L will be help for escaped surveillance by immunity system. Side tissue(2mm) of cancer may be intruded by cancer cells.
