布朗李炭疽病的病原鉴定及药效试验 被引量:13

摘要 采用实地调查和室内试验相结合的方法 ,对布朗李炭疽病在湖南的分布、危害、症状特点等进行了研究。根据布朗李炭疽病病原菌形态、培养特性和致病性 ,鉴定其有性世代为Glomerellacingulata ,无性世代为Colletotrichumgloeosporioides。药效试验表明 ,抑制病菌菌丝生长效果较好的化学药剂有湘研植病灵WP、70 %甲基硫菌灵WP、5 0 %多菌灵WP、扑菌特WP、4 0 %菌克星WP、5 0 %退菌特WP、6 0 %炭必灵WP、70 %红杀WP以及 1∶1∶10 0波尔多液 ;抑制孢子萌发效果较好的化学药剂有 70 %代森锰锌WP、扑菌持WP、70 %甲基硫菌灵WP、4 5 %石硫合剂WP、5 5 %疫霜锰锌WP、5 0 %退菌特WP和 1∶1∶10 0波尔多液。 The anthracnose of Prunus americana is a widely -d istributing and seriously-endamagging disease in Hunan province. According to t he morohology,cultural characters and pathogenicity,the pathogen was identified to be Glomerella cingulata,and the asexual generation to be Colletotrchu m gloeosporioides.The effects of 20 fungicides on the mycelial growth and spor e germination of Glomerella cingulata (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides) at four concentrations were tested.The results showed that different fungicides had different inhibitive effects on mycelial growth and spore germination.Xiangyanz hibingling,Thtophanate-Methyl.thiram,50% carbendazolWP,70% Thiophanate-methyl ,40% Junkexing WP,50% Tuzet WP,60% Tanbilingand,70% Hongsha WP had the highe st effects on the mycelial growth of G.cingulata .The effects of 70% Mancoze b, Thtophanate-methyl. thiram,70% Throphanate-Methyl,45% Lime sufur,55% Yi shuangmengxing WP and 50% Tuzet WP on spore germination were the highest,and th e spore germinating rates were zero at four concentrations.1∶1∶100 Bordeaux mi xture was both effective on mycelial growth and spore germination.
