摘要
经济增长速度的快慢和质量的高低取决于社会资源能否有效配置,而产业结构的状况很大程度上决定了社会资源的配置效果。因此,在经济发展的不同阶段,客观上要求产业结构不断调整和升级;以提高产业的核心竞争力为主线,就如何对长沙市岳麓区产业结构进行战略性调整进行了分析。
The level of economic developing and quality lie on that social resources whether or not being configured effectively, and that, industry structure status determines upon the configuration effect of social resource. Therefore, in different economic development phases, industry structure needs adjusting and upgrading constantly by externals. This paper is mainly about upgrading international competitive power of industry and analysing the approach of adjusting strategically for the industry structure of Yuelu District in Changsha City.
