摘要 便携式电子设备对电源管理芯片的设计提出了新的挑战。文中采用新的设计方法和思路 ,设计了一个开关电源PWMDC/DC转换器芯片 ,启动电压最低至 1V ,功率管开关频率高达 6 0 0kHz,采用PWM PFM间歇工作方式 ,较好地克服了开关电源轻负载时效率低的问题 ,电源效率一直保持较高 ,适用于寻呼机、手机等便携式电子设备。 The popular portable electronic devices have a much stricter need for bulk, cost and power, which challenges the traditional design method of the power management chip. A design of a low-voltage, micropower PWM DC/DC converter chips is presented in this paper. The boost converter is designed by new design methods and can be used in portable devices such as pagers or cell phones. It can provide good characteristics including low start-voltage, high frequency, high energy efficiency in case of light or heavy load.
