摘要
:在低压输出的PWM直 直变换器中 ,同步整流器 (SR)的效率比肖特基 (SBD)整流器明显提高。在硬开关PWMSR的损耗分析基础上 ,导出了零电压开关时PWMSR的损耗。给出了根据SR的有关损耗确定SR的驱动方式与驱动波形 。
When synchronous rectifier(SR) is applied to low voltage output PWM converter,it can achieve higher rectifition efficiency than that of schottky rectifier.Based on the loss analysis under hard switching condition,the loss of PWM SR at zero voltage switching is derived.The drive way ,waveform and switching frequency of SR are given.
