摘要
采用正交实验法考察了pH值、温度和加热时间三因素在不同水平下对沸石晶体形成和种类的影响,并借助SEM和XRD观察了沸石晶体形貌和判定晶体类型。通过观察试验结果,发现是否形成沸石晶体与所得产物质量存在一定关系,即得不到沸石晶体时所得产物质量最大。因此可借助产物质量考察各因素对沸石晶体形成和种类的影响,结果表明,pH值对产物质量影响最大,即对是否形成沸石晶体影响最大,优化条件试验结果验证了这一结论。对于各因素对晶体类型的影响,初步结论是pH值对晶体类型影响也最大,且随pH值升高,沸石晶体中Si∶Al值下降。
The influence of pH value, temperature and heating time on zeolites formation and types at different levels was studied with by orthogonal test.And the morphology and types of zeolites were observed via SEM and XRD. The result showed that there was relationship between the product mass and the formation of zeolites.That was, the product mass was the most when no zeolites were produced. Hence, the influence of the factors on zeolites formation and types could be studied through the product mass. The results also showed that the pH value influenced the product mass mostly, in other word, influenced the zeolites formation mostly. The best conditions experiment verified the conclusion. For the influence of factors on zeolite types, it was concluded that also the pH value influenced the zeolite types mostly, and the ratio of Si∶Al decreased with the pH value increasing.
