摘要 结合中国环流器2A装置(HL-2A)中性束注入器真空系统的设计,介绍了一种可用于加速器等实验室的通用大抽速真空系统的主泵——钛泵的设计和计算,采用的单元式结构对于要求大抽速、高真空的工业和实验装置都具有重要意义和实用前景。 A kind of titanium getter pumps will be used as a fast pumping system for the HL-2A neutral beam injectors. Each injector requires a pumping speed up to 800,000 L/s. The design of such pumps is based on the experience got from HL-1M and ASDEX, of which the capacity is enough for 2500 beam pulses at full power. The design and calculated data are given in detail.
