摘要
通过查阅文献资料 ,对篮球运动员弹跳力的训练方法及其生理依据进行研究 ;发展篮球运动员弹跳力应提高伸膝肌、伸踝肌的力量。
The training methods of basketballers′ spring and its physiological basis were studied through literature reading.Methods of developing Chinese basketball players′ spring were put forward.
