摘要
北约东扩的目标将超出欧洲的范围,有可能导致俄罗斯与西方集团或其它大国之间的冷战对抗与现实。东扩将使东欧地缘政治形势发生重大变化,对俄罗斯安全利益构成很大威胁;东扩是美国实施控制欧亚大陆战略的重要步骤,将使俄美及俄欧关系更加复杂化;东扩使独联体的政治军事形势变得更加严峻,俄罗斯在该地区的传统利益有被进一步削弱的危险。面对美国和北约咄咄逼人的进攻态势,俄罗斯从加快国内发展步伐、增强自身实力和采取灵活对外政策上积极寻找应对措施。
The goal of NATO′s eastward expantion will go beyond the range of Europe,which may cause the cold war among Russia,western group or other big countries to confront with each other with reality.The eastward expantion will make eastern Europe geopolitics situation change greatly,consitute great threat to Russia′s security interests;it is an important step of implementing Eurasia in U.S.A, will make the Russia-Europe relations and Russia-Europe relations complicate further;it also make the political and military situation of the commonwealth of Indepent States more dangerous,Russia′s traditional interests in this area weakened further.Facing up to U.S.A. and NATO′s overbearing attack situation,Russia actively looks for countermeasure by accelerating the domestic developing step,strengthening her own power and taking flexible foreign policy.
