北约和欧盟的双东扩有共同与不同原因 ,根本上反映了美欧之间的合作与竞争 ,是新时期美欧关系发生实质性变化的一个缩影。俄罗斯从自身利益出发 ,对双东扩的态度有所不同 ,从而引起美欧俄三边错综关系。三边关系的互动自有特点 。
The enlargements of both NATO and the EU have similar and different reasons, which reflect the cooperation and competition between the US and the EU, and serve as an epitome of the substantive change of transatlantic relations in the new era. Proceeding from its own interests, Russia adopts different attitudes towards the two enlargements, giving rise to a complex three-sided relations among the US, the EU and Russia. Interactions between the three sides have their respective distinctive features, and have profound impact on the international system.
