摘要
目的 :通过对去势大鼠腺垂体促卵泡素 (FSH)细胞形态结构研究 ,探讨其变化的可能机制。方法 :选发情周期规律WistarⅡ级雌性大鼠 ,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组常规喂养 ,实验组切除双侧卵巢 (OVX)常规喂养。4周和 8周后处死动物取垂体进行垂体促卵泡素细胞形态结构观察。结果 :实验组切除卵巢后 4周 ,大鼠腺垂体促卵泡素 (FSH)细胞平均密度及平均直径较对照组增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,胞浆内液泡增多 ,去势后 8周这种变化更加明显或呈液泡状改变。结论 :FSH细胞内液泡及其内含物与去势有关 ,可能为FSH细胞功能衰竭状态的特征性改变。
Objective:To investigate transformation mechanism by studying the form and constitution of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) cell of adenohypophysis in castrated rat.Methods:The female Wistar Ⅱ grade rats with regular heat cycle were randomly divided into two groups which were fed routinely in control group, and the bilateral ovaries were removed(OVX).and were fed routinely in experimental group. The rats were sacrificed after 4 and 8 weeks, and the adenohypophysises were taken out for investigation.Results:Four weeks after OVX, the average density and average diameter of FSH cells of adenohypophysis in experimental group were increased compared with those in control group (P<0.01), and the plasm vacuole increased, Eight weeks after OVX, the changes mentioned above were more obviously or appeared vacuole alteration. Conclusion:FSH cell vacuole and its contents were related to castration. It may be the characteristic change of function consumption of FSH cells.
