摘要
目的调查中国汉族精神分裂症5HT 2A受体基因T102C基因型频率在地理上的分布有无差异.方法采用聚合酶链反应的方法对中国汉族不同地区分裂症患者5HT 2A受体基因T102C多态进行基因型分析.结果5HT 2A受体基因各基因型频率分布为:A1A1为 0.07～0.33;A1A2为0.50～0.72;A2A2为0.17～0.29;各组基因型频率分布与地区差异在统计学上无明显差异.结论中国汉族不同地区精神分裂症患者5HT 2A受体基因T102C基因型频率在地理分布上比较均一.
ObjectiveTo investigate the frequencies distribution of 5HT 2A genotypes in the schizophrenia patients. Methods5HT 2A genotypes were analyzed by PCR procedure.ResultsThe range of frequencies for 5HT 2A genotypes in the populations were 0.07~0.33(A1A1),0.50~0.72(A1A2),0.17~0.29(A2A2);respectively.There was no significant relationship between 5HT 2A frequencies and populations. ConclusionThe frequencies of 5HT 2A genotypes in the schizophrenia patients were not different in seven districts of China.
