摘要
随着证券市场的发展,EVA业绩评价体系得以应用并逐渐变得流行起来,本文从EVA的概念、EVA的应用价值和EVA应用中注意的问题三个方面对EVA进行了评价。
With the development of security market, EVA becomes popular as a kind of Value-based management. This paper study EVA on its conception, its practical value and some issues in using it.
