摘要
采用新型荧光指示剂Ｆｕｒａ－２／ＡＭ观察大黄素对培养大鼠心肌细胞游离钙浓度的影响，结果大黄素（１８．５ｕｍｏｌ／Ｌ）对静息状态下心肌细胞游离钙浓度（［Ｃａ２＋］ｉ）无明显影响，但对ＣａＣｌ２所引起（［Ｃａ２＋〕ｉ）的增加则有明显的促进作用，而且这种作用的强弱与所加入ＣａＣｌ２的剂量相关，和对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１。
AbstractThe cytoplasmic free calcium in cultured rat caardiac myocytes was measured with fluorescent calcium indicatorfura-2,and it's changes were studied in above myocytes treated with emodin. The resultS showed that promotive effectof Emodin on an increase in myocyte free calcium induced by CaCl2, the Ca2+ levels were significantly higher thanthose of the control groups(P<0. 05 and P<0. 01 ). This result indicated that Emodin-had effect of increasing influxof Ca2+.
