摘要
当代大学生就业心态处于不稳定状态,对市场经济条件下的大学生的"双向选择,自主择业"的分配制度缺乏全面了解,面对就业难的严峻形势估计不足,产生这一现象的一个重要原因,是高等学校对学生缺乏系统就业教育和创业教育。因此,加强大学生就业教育和创业教育,使学生主动适应社会的需求和就业环境,应是高等教育的一个重要组成部分。
Nowadays the undergraduates' thought of taking employment is rather unstable. Facing the distribution rule of 'bilateral choices, get jobs on one's own choice', they lack comprehensive understanding. They also lack enough estimation of the severe situation of employment. This is due to the lack of systematic employment education and pioneer work education. Therefore, we should strengthen the two sides and let the students adjust themselves to the social needs and employment environment, and this should be an important part of higher education.
