摘要
反思型教师体现了后现代主义视野内人们对现代范式下经验型教师的解构,是对经验型教师的超越。反思型教师必须把反思性教学作为自身发展和获得较多自主权的手段。分析影响反思性教学的传统,有助于更好地理解反思性教学,更有效地开展反思性教学。
The reflective teachers reflect the re-recognition of the modern empirical teachers in the late modernistic view and surpass the latter. They should take the reflective teaching as a means for self-development and acquisition of more independence. The analysis of the tradition hindering the reflective teaching can help understand the reflective teaching better and help develop the reflective teaching effectively.
