乳腺癌组织中PTTG与PTEN的检测及临床病理意义 被引量:14

摘要 目的:研究乳腺癌组织垂体肿瘤转移基因(PTTG)和磷酸醋酶活性抑癌基因(PTEN)的表达及其意义。方法:采用原位杂交等技术检测乳腺癌组织中PTTG和PTEN。结果:乳腺癌中PTTG的表达明显增高,而PTEN表达明显下降。PTTG高表达与淋巴结转移和病理分级密切相关;PTEN低表达与胸肌浸润、病理分级以及病理类型密切相关。PTTG与PTEN的表达无相关性。结论:PTTG高表达、PTEN低表达提示它们参与了乳腺癌的形成和发生。检测PTTG和PTEN的表达情况对乳腺癌的预防、术后辅助治疗和预后有重要参考价值。 Objective: To study the expression and correlations of PTTG,PTEN and clinicopathological factors. Methods: In situ hybridization and PV-9000 Polymer Detection System were used to detect the expression of PTTG and PTEN in 71 cases of breast carcinomas(BRCA). Results: Tumor tissue expressed a significantly higher level of PTTG and lower level of PTEN at mRNA or protein than the corresponding normal tissue(P < 0.05), over-expression PTTG protein in BRCA correlated with lower-differentiation and lymph node metastasis. There were lots of correlations in BRCA between lower-expression of PTEN protein and the tumors?蒺 pectoralis invasion, higher pathological grade, and pathologic classification. The expression of PTTG was not correlated with that of PTEN at mRNA or protein level in BRCA. Conclusion: Over-expression of PTTG and lower-expression of PTEN may be related to human breast carcinogenesis.
