摘要
本文以苹果,辣椒为典型物料,研究了高水分农副产品物料的比热及其测试方法。得出了高水分物料比热与含水量之间的线性回归方程式,并初步探讨了比热与温度的关系。
With the apple and chilli being taken as typical materials,the specific heat of rural subsidiary occupation products with high moisture content and its measuring methods are studied. Regressive functions about the relationship between the specific heat and the moisture content of the materials are obtained. The specific heat changing with the temperature of the products is primarily inquired.
