摘要
目的 探讨建立一种快速、简单可重复的鉴定红色毛癣菌的方法。方法 利用特异性引物TR1F和TR1R对 32株皮肤癣菌进行PCR扩增。结果 红色毛癣菌和苏丹毛癣菌产生特征性带型 ,而其他皮肤癣菌为阴性。结论 这种PCR方法可以快速、准确、敏感地鉴定红色毛癣菌。
OBJECTIVE To develop a rapid and reproducible method in identification for Trichophyton rubrum. METHODS Using primed TR1F and TR1R to amplify 32 strains of dermatophytes. RESULTS T. rubrum and T. soudanense produced characteristic band patterns, but other dermatophytes were with negative results. CONCLUSIONS This new method may be a rapid and stable molecular method of identification for T. rubrum.
