摘要 通过硅胶柱层析从我国特有属植物四齿四棱草 (Schnabeliatetradonta)根部乙醇提取物中分离纯化出 2个新的17( 15→ 16) 移 2 0 降松香烷型二萜化合物 ,分别命名为四棱草内酯A和B .经波谱分析 ,将它们的结构确定为 17( 15→ 16) 移 2 0 降松香烷 12 ,16 环氧 7,17 二羟基 5 ( 10 ) ,6,8,12 ,15 五烯 11,14 二酮 18( 1) 内酯 ( 1)和 17( 15→ 16) 移 2 0 降松香烷 12 ,16 环氧 7 羟基 5 ( 10 ) ,6,8,12 ,15 五烯 11,14 二酮 18( 1) 内酯 ( 2 ) . Two new 17(15-->16)-abeo-20-nor-abietane diterpenoids, named schnabelolides A and B, were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Schnabelia tetradonta (Lamiaceae), a Chinese endemic herb, through repeated column chromatographies. Their structures were elucidated as 17(15-->16)-abeo-20-nor-abieta-12,16-epoxy-7,17-dihydroxy-5(10), 6, 8, 12, 15-pentaen-11, 14-dion-18 (1)-olide (1) and 17 ( 15-->16)-abeo-20-nor-abieta-12, 16-epoxy-7-hydroxy-5(10),6,8,12,15-pentaen-11,14-dion-18(l)-olide (2) on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
