摘要
目的 探讨颅内室管膜下瘤MR影像学特征。方法 回顾性分析 12例经病理学证实的颅内室管膜下瘤MRI表现。结果 室管膜下瘤特征性表现为 :①肿瘤主要位于幕上侧脑室和透明隔 ;②肿瘤有光滑清楚的边界 ;③MRT1WI示肿瘤呈等、低信号 ,信号强度稍高于脑脊液 ,其内可见小囊状更低信号区 ;T2WI示肿瘤呈高信号 ;④MR增强扫描 ,肿瘤多数无强化征象。结论 颅内室管膜下瘤有较为特征性的MRI表现 ,充分认识这些MR影像特征有助于室管膜下瘤的术前诊断和术后评价。
Objective To study the MR imaging features of intracranial subependymomas.Methods MR findings of 12 cases with pathologically proved intracranial subependymomas were retrospectively analyzed.Results MR appearances of subependymomas were as follows:①Subependymomas were mostly situated in the lateral ventricle and septum pellucidum.②Tumors had smooth margins and were well demarcated from surrounding tissue.③The signal of the lesions were iso- or hypointense,but slightly higher than that of CSF on T1-weighted images,and hyperintense on T2-weighted images,with microcystic structures.④No contrast enhancement were found in most tumors.Conclusion The MR appearances of intracranial subependymomas possess unique features,which are very helpful in pre-operative diagnosis of subependymomas and in tumor evaluation after operation.
