摘要
明宣宗朱瞻基具有一定的司法才干,在位期间运用封建帝王的司法权力,对许多复杂的案件作出了较为公正的裁决,并改善了司法制度,既体现出明代的某些法律传统,也反映出封建时代道德与法律相结合的特点。出于某种需要,朱瞻基对武官犯法较为宽纵,但他的司法活动对明代当时的社会稳定起到了积极的作用。
Zhu Zhanji, Emperor Xuande of Ming Dynasty, had some judicial ability. During his reign, he made use of the judicial power of the feudal emperor to make comparatively fair verdicts to many complicated cases and improve the judiciary system, which incarnated some law tradition of Ming Dynasty, also reflected the characteristics that moral and law combined together during feudal period. For some certain needs, Zhu Zhanji indulged the military officers who violated the law, but his judicial activity had positive effect on stabilizing the society of Ming Dynasty at that time.
