摘要
传统超磁致伸缩电动机利用动子与定子间的摩擦力直接驱动,电动机的传动精度和承载能力等受材料摩擦影响较大。将谐波传动技术应用于超磁致伸缩电动机中,研制新型超磁致伸缩谐波电动机将可以有效克服这些缺陷。文章在分析超磁致伸缩电动机的基础上,探讨了新型的超磁致伸缩谐波电动机的原理与特性。
The principle of conventional motor driven by giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) is based on friction between rotor and stator, so the motors' transmission accuracy and load capability are influenced by friction. It is an effective solution to overcome the deficiency mentioned above that introducing the harmonic drive technology into conventional motor driven by giant magnetostrictive material. This paper has discussed the principle and characteristics of the new type motor after analyzing the principle of conventional motors driven by giant magnetostrictive material.
