常用T_1WI快速扫描序列的肝癌诊断作用比较

COMPARISON OF THE EFFICIENCIES OF ROUTINE T_1WI SEQUENCES ON DIAGNOSIS OF HEPATOCARCINOMA

摘要 目的:比较常用T1WI快速扫描序列在肝癌诊断中的作用。方法:肝癌患者38例,分别进行二维小角度激发(FLASH)序列、超快速扰相梯度回波(turbo-FLASH)序列、化学位移成像一同相位、反相位梯度回波二维小角度激发(in-phase&opposed-phaseFLASH,IP-&OP-FLASH)序列扫描,并进行信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、图像质量、病灶检出率的比较。结果:各扫描序列的SNR、CNR有统计学意义,但在图像质量、病灶检出率上无差异性。结论:二维小角度激发(FLASH)序列是肝癌诊断中最有效的扫描序列,其它序列根据情况作为补充扫描提供有效的信息。 Objective: To compareand to evaluate the efficiencies of the three kinds of T1WI fast scanning sequences (FLASH, turbo - FLASH, chemical shift imaging) in detecting hepatocarcinom. Method: Thirty - eight cases were undergone with the three T1WI sequences. All images were classified qualitatively and quantitatively. Then SNRs and CNRs of these sequences were calculated and compared. Image qualities and detection rates of hepatocarcinoma were also evaluated.Results: The SNR and CNR values are significant among them.But no significance was found in both image qualities and detection rates.Conclusion: FLASH is the highest quality sequence of regular fast T1WI. The other sequences can supply useful imformation according to fact.
