摘要 结合学习、落实科学发展观,我们对高校教师队伍建设问题作了重新思考与运作,提出"三支队伍建设"的构想,并付诸实践。所谓"三支队伍建设"是指教学型教师队伍、科研型教师队伍与教学科研结合型教师队伍的建设。教学型教师队伍建设的主要途径是打造教学名师工程、实施精品课程建设;科研型教师队伍建设以建立科研流动站、科研立项与学术交流相结合为主;而教学科研综合型教师队伍建设则主要通过校本研究激励从事教学的教师发现教学中问题,展开研究,改进教学,从而使不同队伍中的教师在校本教研中相互协作。"三支队伍建设"的保障性制度主要有创新职务评聘制度和完善考核体系。 The conception of 'the construction of three teams' is put forward on the basis of the concept of scientific development, which refers to the construction of teaching team, scientific research team and the teaching and research team. The construction of the first team is realized by establishing the famous-teacher project and enforcing the top-quality subject plan; the second by setting up scientific research station with the combination of scientific research project and academic exchange; and the last by motivating teachers to find out problems in the process of teaching and probe into them, so as to improve the quality of teaching. 'The construction of three teams' offers some protective system such as the innovation of systems of employment of evaluation.
