摘要
无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,中小企业都是一国经济中不可缺少的重要组成部分,它在经济增长中的贡献是不能忽视的。但融资难是困扰它进一步发展的主要问题。针对我国中小企业融资难的现状,借鉴发达国家的经验,提出创建一个富于效率、富于竞争的金融体系,辅之以必要的政府扶持和引导,是从根本上完善我国中小企业融资体系的有效途径。
Either in a developed country or in a developing country, the small and medium-sized enterprises are an inseparable part in its economy due to their economic contributions. The financing difficulty usually hinders their further development. Through an analysis of their financing problems, the author brings up some suggestions based on learning from developed countries and concludes that an effective and competitive financial system plus the necessary aid and guidance of the government is the only solution to perfect China's financing system for the small and medium-sized enterprises
