摘要
司法文明是政治文明的题中应有之义,我国现阶段进行司法改革的根本目标就是建立和经济社会发展水平相适应的司法文明。文章首先阐释了现代司法文明的基本理论,接着分析了我国现阶段司法改革进程中存在的问题及产生原因,最后提出了推进我国司法改革实现司法文明的一些措施。
Judicial civilization is an inherent part of political civilization. The ultimate aim of China’s judicial reform is to foster a kind of judicial culture which is accordable with our economic and social development standard. Firstly, this paper explains the fundamental theories of modern judicial culture. Secondly, it analyzes the existing problems during the process of present judicial reform in China. Finally, it presents the measures that should be taken to promote the reform and shape a desired judicial culture.
