摘要
社区居民的广泛参与是推动社区文化建设的重要基础。本文以南京市鼓楼区为例,在对社区居民调查的基础上,对社区文化建设中居民参与的特征进行了分析,提出目前社区文化建设应根据居民的参与目的,开展内容丰富多彩的文化活动,以满足不同群体的文化需求。
Community inhabitants′ active participation is the foundation of community culture construction.Based on the investigation of the inhabitants′ participation characteristics in community culture construction,this article points out that community culture construction should suit to various needs of different groups with motives when taking part in community culture activities.
