摘要
文中运用人脸结构的特点和形态学提出有效的脸部特征点的定位方法,该方法可用于可视电话、视频电话会议等多媒体通信领域经常出现的视频头肩序列图像的编码中。
In this paper an efficient method to locate facial feature points is presen ted by using human facial structure and mor- phology.The method can be used to encode head-and-shoulder video sequence images often showed in multimedia ommunication such as visual telephone,video eonference etc..
