摘要
通过对影响外圆磨削加工精度的多种因素进行现场测试,然后借助计算机对实测数据进行多元线性回归分析,从而找出主要误差源是磨床的热变形,为机床设计改进提供一定的理论依据。
Having done site-test of multiple factorsinfluencing on the cylindrical grinding accuracy, thenanalyse the ascertained data in multiple-element linear bymeans of computer. As result, the main error resource isfound the thermal deformation of the grinding machine,which provides the theory foundation for improving thedesign of machine tool.
