摘要
世纪之初 ,中国面临的外部压力和挑战明显增多 ,其缘由在于中国的崛起将对国际政治格局与秩序的构建带来巨大影响。中国面临中华民族发展史上千载难逢的发展机遇。我们必须考虑外交战略的应对措施。在进一步对外开放中 ,我们应树立新型的国家安全观。要趋利避害 ,充分发挥我国的比较优势 ,努力将全球化提出的挑战转化为机遇。中美关系已经成为当今世界最重要的双边关系之一 ,中国要坚持“求同存异”的对美战略思想 ,发展合作 ,不搞对抗。在对外交往中 ,要彻底摈弃冷战思维 ,坚持不称霸、不结盟、不当头和不对抗的策略思想 。
At the beginning of the century, China is confronted with increasing external pressures and challenges, the reason of which is that the rise of China will exert a tremendous influence on the pattern of international politics and the construction of orders. As China is facing the chance of a lifetime for development, appropriate measures on foreign strategy should be taken into account.We should establish a new concept of national security,make the most of the advantages and turn the global challenges into opportunities in our wider opening to the outside world.The relationship between China and US has been one of the most important bilateral relationship in the world of today.So it is necessary for China to stick to the strategic thinking-seeking common ground while reserving differences,keep up cooperation and give up confrontation.Meanwhile ,in the foreign affairs,we shoud cast away cold war thinking and gain the initiative by upholding the strategic thinking-no dominating,no forming an alliance,no taking the lead and no resisting.
