摘要
本试验改进了盐酸萃取和净化甜菜渣中果胶的方法。首先将新鲜甜菜渣浸入0.02—0.06N盐酸溶液中,保持在30~40℃温度下15~20min,使六偏磷酸可溶性果胶转变为盐酸可溶性果胶,以提高果胶获得率。当用0.2N盐酸pH1.6在90℃下萃取60min,果胶获得率和质量都得到改进。净化的果胶符合商品果胶规格要求,具有满意的胶凝性能。
A modified acid extraction and purification procedure of pectin from Sugar beet residues was described. The fresh Sugar beet residues were first immersed in 0.02-0.06 N HCL solution at 30℃ - 40℃ for 15-20min. to convert the hexameta phosphate soluble pectin into HCL-soluble pectin. It was clainmed that improvements in yield and quality of cti pen were achieved when the extraction is conducted with 0.2 N HCL at pH 1.6 and 90℃ for 60 mitt. The purified pectin meets the specifications of commercial pectin with satisfactary jellying ability.
