摘要
火炬松、湿地松、马尾松、五针松、插穗经 PRA 生根剂处理,可显著提高扦插生根率和大田移栽成活率,四种松树平均生根率达88%以上,大田移栽成活率达90%,3～5a 生幼树插穗生根率达58%以上,把松树无性系育种、无性系林业推向一个新阶段,五针松扦插成功,为塑造五针松微型盆景开辟一条新途径。并筛选出最佳基质和材料。
The rate of cuttage rooting and the rate of survival of field planting of pinus Elliottii, Masson Pine,Loblolly Pine and Five--needled Pine can be greatly increased by treatment with PRA (Provocative Root Auxin).The average rooting rate of the four kinds of pines may reach 88% and the rate of survival of field planting may reach 90%,and the rooting rate of the 3--5 year young tree cuttings may reach 58%.It is a break through in the coun- try which means that clone breeding and clone forestry for pine will be improved to a new stage in China.The successful cutting of Five-needled pine will create a new path for the making of pocket--sized Five--needled Pine potted landscape.Meanwhile,the best ma- trix and material have been selected.
