摘要
利用Smith的经济增长因素分析方法和Syrquin的总配置效应分析方法 ,构建了一个模型 ,并用这个模型估计了改革开放以来 ,劳动力在部门间和区域间的流动对无锡的经济增长的影响。结果发现 ,无锡产业间劳动生产率差距仍然存在 ,仍对外来劳动力存在较大需求。因此 ,可以通过调整相关政策促使劳动力由低生产率部门向高生产率部门流动 ,并且吸引外来高素质劳动力和人才 ,以保持无锡的经济高速发展。
A new analytical framework on the base of Smith′s Factor Analysis of Economic Increase and Syrquin′s Gross Allocation Effect is developed to account for the effects of labor shift between industries and regions on Wuxi economic growth after China reforming and opening.We find that the differences of labor productivity in different industries still exist and industrial development needs immigrants labor in Wuxi.The relevant policies of Wuxi should be adjusted to encourage labor shift from low labor productivity industries to high ones and to attract high quality labor from other regions for its economic growth.
