摘要
日本是一个地区经济发展极不平衡的国家。为了实现地区间协调发展,战后日本政府制定和实施了种类繁多且内容丰富、具体的地区开发政策。人口流动对协调地区间经济关系也发挥了重要影响。财政转移支付则有效地解决了地区间财政实力不均衡的问题。
As a country that is characterized with serious imbalanced regional economic development, the government of Japan created and put in practice a variety of specific policies for the development of different regions after the war in order to coordinate the country’s inter-regional development. Also noted is the flow of population that also has played an important role in the harmonization of inter-regional economic relationships, and the introduction of fiscal transfer that effectively solved the problem of imbalanced financial power of different regions.
