摘要
目的 探讨高、低频超声对肝包膜下小肿块的诊断价值。方法 对 2 3例 2 4个直径 0 .9~ 2 .2 cm的肝包膜下小肿块进行高、低频超声的灰阶超声和彩色多普勒超声分析、诊断 ,病例均经螺旋 CT、病理等证实。结果 对肿块边界、包膜、内部回声的观察及血流检出方面高频超声明显优于低频超声 ,低频超声的诊断符合率5 8% ,高频超声的诊断符合率 92 %。结论 对肝包膜下小肿块的超声诊断 。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value in small masses beneath the liver capsule using high and low frequency probes Methods A total of 24 masses beneath the liver capsule with in 0 9-2 2 cm in diameter in 23 patients were selected These masses were analyed on grey seale sonograms and color Doppler flow images(CDFI)using high and low frequency probes respectively All these masses were comfirmed by CT and/or pathology Results High frequency probe had superiority in observing the boundaries,capsules,echoes of the masses and detecting their blood supplies The diagnostic correalation rate of low frequency probe was 58% while that of the high frequency was 92% Conclusions High frequency US probe can markedly improve the diagnosis accuracy of small masses beneath liver capsule
