摘要
加快经济欠发达地区的社会经济发展,缩小与发达地区之间的差距,是事关我国全局的重要问题。以滨州市为例,从资源、区位、环境和经济水平及潜力方面,分析了东部经济欠发达地区加快经济建设,实施城市化战略的必要性、可行性以及存在的主要问题。在此基础上提出了加快城市化进程要科学规划,合理布局;因地制宜,突出特色;培育城市建设投入的良性循环机制和依靠改革创新,培育良好的城镇发展机制等策略。
It is of vital importance to quicken the tempo of social economic development in underdeveloped areas and to minimize the differences with developed areas .Taking Binzhou as an example,in terms of its resources,location,environment,economic level and potential,this essay analizes the importance,necessity and the existing problems in the execution of urbanization in the eastern underdeveloped areas.Based on that, this essay puts forward the schemes of scientific planning, reasonable distribution, suitable measures to local conditions and emphasis on its characteristics. It also puts forward the strategies to lead the city construction into a sound circle for the investment in urbanization, and to build a better town development system.
