摘要
本文对198例佳木斯地区成人寰椎进行了观察与测量,主要结果:出现骨质增生者共71例,占35.859%。其中,出现率最高的部位是前弓齿突凹周围,占24.242%;其次是出现于侧块上方关节凹周围。上关节凹可区分为完整型和分离型(一侧上关节凹有两个独立的关节面)两种,其中,分离型有27例,占13.63%;寰椎出现椎动脉孔(管)者12例,出现率为6.06%;寰椎矢状径为43.97±3.14mm,全宽为74.54±5.24mm,横径为27.58±3.07mm,椎孔指数为107.69,椎孔最小横径为15.07±1.95mm;下关节面面积,左侧为217.540mm,右侧为218.106mm;横突孔直径,左侧为7.65±1.83mm,右侧为7.49±1.63mm。
In order to give data for clinical medicine and anthropology, the 198 cases humen atlas vertebrae from Jiamusi area were observed and analyzed by statice. Some important index of them were dealt with by interrelation and regression. The results are as follow: The appearance rare of bone substance hyperplasis is 35.85%(71 case), especially higher (24.24%) around the teeth—process facet and lower around the superior articular facet. The superior articular facet may be divided into two types (the intergrated and separated). The appearance rate of the separated type is 13.63% (27cases), and that of the vertebral artery foramen, 6.06% (12 cases). The sagittat diameter of the atlas is 43.97±3.14mm, the full—width 74.5±5.24mm, the index 29.70±5.89mm, the transverse diameter 27.58±3.07mm, the index 107.69 and the least transverse diameter 15.07±1.95mm; The area of the left inferior articular surface is 217.54mm^2, that of the right 218.106mm^2, and the diameter of the left transverse—process formen 218.105mm^2. The diamneter of the left transverse—process formen is 7.65=1.83mm, and that of the right 7.49±1.63mm.
