摘要
目的了解临床医师的心理健康状况。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别对医院56名精神科医师及本市某综合医院内科医师62人进行问卷调查。结果精神科医师与内科医师焦虑分和抑郁分均高于国内常模,精神科医师焦虑分和抑郁分低于内科医师,均有显著性差异;相关回归分析显示焦虑分值与从事该专业的工龄呈正相关。结论临床医师的心理健康状况较差,精神医师心理健康状况好于内科医师,从医时间越长越感到焦虑。
Objective To find out the mental healthy status of the physicians. Methods Adopting the methods of SAS and SDS to make a questionnaire survey on 56 psychiatric physicians of our hospital and 62 medical physicians of some general hospital in this city. Results The scores of anxiety and depression of the psychiatric physicians and medical physicians were both higher than their own standards of the domestic regular modes, and the scores of anxiety and depression of the psychiatric physicians were both lower than those of medical physicians, where the significant difference appears all the time; Correlative regression analysis manifests that the anxiety scores was correlative with the length of service. Conclusion The mental healthy status of the clinic physicians is not good, and the mental healthy status of the psychiatric physicians is better than that of the medical physicians, while feels more and more anxiety at long years of work.
