摘要
介绍了基于Solidworks平台CAD/CAE集成的运动干涉和有限元分析,对新型地铁密接式钩缓装置设计方案确定和关键参数进行了优化设计计算,确保了新型密接式钩缓装置在具有合理结构的同时,也改善了新型密接式钩缓装置的动力性能。
It introduces the movement interference and finite element analysis based on CAD/CAE integration of solidworks platform. Aimed at design project of new type tight-lock coupler and draft gear of metro, it carries on the optimization calculation for essential parameters. This new design has reasonable structure, improves the power performance.
