摘要 文中从仪器的可互换性出发,阐述了一种基于IVI规范的虚拟资源的概念和实现过程。其中,虚拟资源实现仪器接口和信号接口的转换,使测试程序与具体仪器无关;测试程序集采用了面向对象的技术和描述信号的ATLAS语言规范,使测试程序具有良好的可读性和可移植性。并以测试XXX电台发射机为例描述了虚拟资源的使用方法。实践表明该系统具有操作简单和可扩展性强的特点,不仅可以缩短开发周期、降低软件开发费用,而且对形成统一的ATS标准具有一定价值。 Based on instruments interchangeability, the concept and realization process of virtual resource based on IVI specification are expatiated in this paper. Virtual resource provides conversion between instrument interface and signal interface, which realize hardware-independence of test program. The test program uses object-oriented technology and ATLAS specification describing signal, which makes test program having good readability and portability. The usage is described via giving an application with a transmitter. It is indicated by practice that the system has characteristics of simple operation and good expansibility, which can not only shorten developing period and reduce developing expense, but also have considerable value on achieving ATS criterion.
