摘要 目的 :研究蛋白磷酸酯酶 2A (PP2A)下调能否引起大白鼠空间记忆障碍。方法 :向大白鼠Meynert基底核注射冈田酸 (OA) 0 .4μmol ,检测PP2A、PP1的活性 ,脑内乙酰胆碱 (Ach)水平及大白鼠空间记忆。 结果 :OA 0 .4μmol对PP2A活性的抑制率约 60 .0 % ,可致大白鼠空间记忆缺损 ,注射后 2 4h鼠脑Ach水平降低。结论 :PP2A的下调在阿尔茨海默病 (AD)病理变化中起着重要的作用。 Objective:To investigate whether down-regul ation of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A) can induce spatial memory deficit in the rat. Methods:0.4 μmol of okadaic acid (OA) was injected into the nuclei basalis of Meynert in the rat. The activities of PP2A and PP1, acet ylcholine level in rat brain and spatial memory of the rat were measured. Results:0.4 μmol of OA injection into the nuclei basal is of Meynert induced approximately 60.0% inhibition of PP2A activity, spatial m emory deficit of the rat and decreased acetylcholine level in the rat brain 24 h after the injection. Conclusion:Down-regulation of PP2A plays an important r ole in the pathological changes of Alzheimer's disease.
