多层螺旋CT曲面重建显示颞骨内面神经管的临床应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的 研究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)曲面重建 (CPR)图象对颞骨内面神经管的显示能力。方法 回顾分析 2 4例正常耳及 18例患耳的MSCT曲面重建图象 ,观察其显示能力 ,患耳病例与手术结果作对照。结果  2 4例正常耳可清晰显示颞骨内面神经管各段结构 ,显示率为 10 0 % ;18例患耳 16例能良好显示病变段面神经管 ,显示率为 88.9% ,与手术结果基本相符。结论 MSCT曲面重建可清晰显示颞骨内面神经管 ,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据 ,避免对面神经的损伤 ,从而减少和避免面瘫的发生。 Objective To study multi-slice helical CT curved planar reformation (CPR) in displaying facial nerve canal. Methods Facial nerve canal on CPR images in 24 normal ears and 18 diseased ears were retrospectively analyzed and observed the ability in all cases. All the diseased cases underwent operations. Results In all 24 cases, CPR could clearly display each segment of facial nerve canal. Of 18 patients, the diseased segment of facial nerve could be displayed in 16 (88.9%). The lesions showed in MSCT were in accord with those seen in the operation. Conclusion Multislice helical CT CPR could clearly display facial nerve canal in the temporal bone and warrant clinical diagnosis and treatment planning to decrease facial paralysis with ears surgery.
