摘要
目的 龙胆药材中龙胆苦苷的含量测定时样品的最佳制备方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,比较甲醇超声提取 (本法 )、甲醇冷浸提取 (2 0 0 0版药典龙胆项下方法 )、甲醇回流提取 (2 0 0 0版药典秦艽项下方法 )及甲醇索氏提取 4种样品制备方法对龙胆苦苷含量测定结果的影响。结果 甲醇超声提取法优于其它三种方法。结论 本方法操作简便易行 ,重现性好 ,准确度高 。
Objective To optimize the method for extraction of gentiopicrin in Radix Gentiana.Method The four methods were investigated.The first was extracted in ultrasonic bath with methanol;the second was soaked in methanol for 12 h;the third was refluxed in methanol;the forth was extracted with methanol in soxhlet's extractor.Results The highest rate of extraction of getiopicrin was obtained with methanol in ultrasonic bath for 45 min.Conclusion The established method was sample,reproducible,accurate.
