摘要
提供一种进行城市土地利用与交通结构一体化优化的前瞻性的研究方法与构造模型。通过分析反映城市土地利用与交通结构之间动态反馈关系的关键因素 ,建立了反映两者循环式互为反馈关系的优化组合模型。指出建模的关键是在满足资源与环境承载力的约束下 ,使城市广义出行效率最大 ,模型的计算结果体现了有利于城市可持续发展的土地利用形态和交通结构状态。最后 。
A combined model was developed for urban land-use modeling and modal split optimization based on the key factors affecting the dynamic relationship between urban land-use and transport systems. The method seeks to maximize the broad sense of traveling efficiency under various restrictions on urban resources and environmental capacity. The results reveal land-use patterns and modal splits that will facilitate sustainable development of cities. Finally, the method has been used to analyze the development of Lanzhou, China.
