摘要
在城市开发中导入交通影响分析，实施征收交通影响费的政策，不仅能够使交通规划和城市土地利用紧密结合，使城市建设健康发展，而且会使我国交通设施建设和投资系统进入良性循环，从而不断完善交通设施，最终建立起能够保证国民经济可持续发展的交通环境。本文分析了在我国导入交通影响分析的必要性、交通影响评价的基本思想、具体内容和预测方法，介绍了美国交通影响分析的实例。
This paper analyzed the necessity of introducing the traffic impact analysis and the discussed the contents and the method of the traffic analysis with the American case. The paper insists that introducing the traffic impact analysis and taking the policy charging the traffic impact fees can not only be good at combining transport planning with land use closely, but also making the transportinvestment circulate reasonably.
